I want to cry because Burt Hummel probably called up Brittany and Tina and asked them to teach him that dance he walked in on them dancing three years ago. And it probably took him hours of learning, over and over, because he can’t dance well at all, but damn, he’s going to do it to show his son how much he loves him.
THIS IS GOING TO BE GOOD.
And you all already KNOOOOW this is going to be a really perfect scene. AH <3
Burt Hummel, you are perfect.

I’m a 26 year old lesbian woman and I thought that at my age people would understand that if you say something and somebody tells you that it offends them that you would at least make an effort not to use the phrase around that person. It has come to my attention that this is not the case and that people who use the phrase “that’s so gay” choose to ignore the hurt it inflicts in others, even when the facts are pushed in their faces.
I have come to the conclusion that despite the battle we have been fighting to get people to choose another word, it is just not working because people don’t believe that any damage is actually being done.
I think that we should just let them have the word, they have ruined it now anyway and I for one don’t want it back. So this is me saying that maybe we should choose another word, a word of empowerment and a word all our own.
What do you say?
